Jim and Kate moved to New Zealand from Switzerland over 20 years ago, settling in picturesque Hanmer Springs.
They are trained Swiss chefs, with backgrounds in fine dining, having worked in busy Swiss ski resorts.
Established in 2017, PJ's Pies allows Jim and Kate to share delicious flavours and Swiss artisan craft, across New Zealand.
PJ's Pies is an integral part of the Hanmer Springs community. Through support of school and community group fundraisers and events, we proudly give back to our community.
